Serial Numbers Record

You know you should! Everyone knows they should write down the serial numbers of the products they buy and store them in a safe place. This form will organize all your things on one (or more if you have lots of stuff) sheet of paper. Put a copy in your safe, give one to a trusted friend, put one in your safety deposit box at the bank, or where ever you think will be safe, just in case. If there is a fire, something is lost or stolen all you need to do is give a copy to your insurance agent. Information includes date, item/purchase price, serial number, and location/room.
