Product Preference Lists

Caregiver Product Preference List: You may have one or several clients to care for and over the years you have used many different products for their needs. Over time you have come to love and trust certain supplies for certain conditions more than all the others you have used. This form is where you can keep them all listed in detail so you will never have to struggle to remember what you used or need. With each new client transfer the products you want to use to their own Client Preference List (we have that one too) and start you job being efficient.

Client Product Preference List: Do you have to keep track of products for your client or several clients? Do you often forget just what you used in the past? When you are responsible for tracking purchases on a regular, or not so regular basis, or if you have several clients, it can be very confusing to get just the right product every time. This form is a great master list of everything you may require. Don’t try to remember, just look at your form. Need to make a list for current needs?
