This is a great article about some of the thoughts we have as caregivers that we may not want others to know about, so we aren't able to talk about them. I've had a few of these thoughts over the years and they made me feel really guilty. Now I understand that its normal and it doesn't mean I'm a bad person. It's just another part of being a caregiver and learning how to handle the stress.

I have had several of those thoughts before, glad to see I am just normal. We do need time for ourselves.
